Refund Policy

Our products are custom designed, made, and printed by a third party, which means every product is unique and only produced to order. 

This implies that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer has ordered the wrong size, the wrong colour or has simply changed their mind.

However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please use our contact form to submit an issue with the necessary information of the order and we will send an email where you can upload any proof of the issue so we can process your replacement or refund.
